JOSE GRANADOS, CONTROLLER
Jose Granados joined Heritage Housing Partners (HHP) as its Controller in 2011. He is responsible for overseeing all accounting and tax issues for HHP. Prior to joining HHP, he served as a Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller of several Real Estate, Financial Services, and Construction entities for TELACU, a Los Angeles based Community Development Corporation. Jose has also worked with several other Real Estate Development and Construction companies throughout Southern California. Jose formerly worked at Grant Thornton’s Los Angeles office in its Tax Practice.
Jose has worked extensively with many Federal, State, and Local governmental agencies coordinating audits and reviews. He has also assisted several Non Profit entities as an advisor to Management and their Boards.
Jose was born and raised in Los Angeles, and graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
