SARAH LETTS, Board Member
Sarah Letts is a dedicated community development professional and a Senior Advisor with CTY Housing. Prior experience includes working in multifamily finance at Fannie Mae for eleven years and leading two nonprofit affordable housing organizations for fifteen years. Sarah was the chief executive of Community Corporation of Santa Monica from 2011 to 2016 and Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC) from 2016 to 2026. During her tenure at HCHC, the organization nearly doubled its portfolio of affordable housing and created a property management division that achieved economies of scale and positive net income in five years. Ms. Letts has expertise in corporate governance having led both nonprofits through strategic changes and significant growth. She has also served on nonprofit boards of directors including in leadership positions as chair and vice chair. Ms. Letts earned degrees in economics and political science from Stanford University and a master’s degree in urban planning from UCLA.
