DAVID RODRIGUEZ

David Rodriguez has served on the HHP board since 2005. He is a real estate professional whose career has covered a broad range of responsibilities, including the implementation of numerous market, financial, and development analyses. David has held positions in both the public and private sectors, and has extensive experience in managing large, complex consulting assignments for public a variety of public agencies. He has also assisted public agencies with their real estate objectives, including the acquisition of land and facilities, as well as the disposition and development of surplus properties. He has focused on using real estate transactions as a vehicle to achieve the public benefit and economic development objectives of his clients.

David was formerly employed by Peat Marwick, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, Kosmont & Associates and Public Private Ventures. He was also engaged as an independent consultant by the City of Downey to manage the acquisition and redevelopment of a former 100-acre NASA plant. David holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance and urban land economics from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker. He speaks Spanish fluently and served in the US Air Force.
