Timothy Sales


Timothy Sales is an urban planner with a professional focus on using research and market analysis to assist clients with economic development investment strategies based on real world market feasibility. He has worked with HHP Executive Director Charles Loveman for over 20 years. Tim joined the HHP staff in 2011.

Tim is responsible for establishing and implementing marketing and sales strategy as HHP’s VP of Operations. In addition, he assists Charles with future project selection, underwriting and entitlements to maintain a sufficient pipeline of viable development projects.

In his previous professional engagements, Tim assisted public agencies, private developers and non-profits with the implementation of development strategies involving a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial uses. He has delivered market and economic feasibility studies for residential, retail, restaurants, entertainment and cultural venues, and managed large-scale mixed-use feasibility efforts in support of master planning. He attended University of California Los Angeles, achieving a Master’s degree in Urban Planning.
